Clean store and very helpful staff. However, no one in bakery spoke English which was hard to communicate.

The deli employees lacks customer service skills. They need to be more friendly and have more manners. Also if there are 4 people in the deli how is possible that i have yo wait 28 minutes to order a sandwich.

Very poor customer service at meat department (custom cuts) We were unable to cut big pieces of ribs, the lady told us that is very “dangerous to cut smaller pieces” It seemed she was busy preparing other things inside the room.

Good selection of foods, only downside is the parking lot, where people with no manners leave the carts all over, basically next to your car, in front, on the back etc.. They should really look into this

Publix is usually great, and I always come here, normally it would be 5 stars but they remolded and decided to put the AC at 40 degrees got a cold just shopping for an hour. Take a coat thats all I will say.

A good range of fresh produce, wines and dry goods. The checkout was fast though the service lacks any really friendliness.

This is one of my favorite publix’s to go to the staff here is always so friendly and nice! They always smile at you and ask how you’re doing. Publix is a great place to shop even if the prices are a little bit higher

Maybe because this publix is close to where I live, I find it very convenient and well stocked. The staff is always willing to assist as well as the store manager 😊 It's a good shopping experience.

Deli section needs to step it up. Don't send me a alert that says "your order is ready for pick up" then when I get there it wasn't even made!!! 🤔🤔 And then they tell me it's because they were busy! Then don't mark it as ready for pickup! Because now I'm waiting....

This has been my neighborhood Publix for over 10 years. They have a familiar staff that has grown my family. Frank the store manager operates it with courtesy and a smile.

Zero social distancing going on. No one is following the one way directional isle rules. I had to leave because of this critically high contagious environment. No management present to keep customers safe. Very dissatisfied.

They never restock, when you ask associates they say that if it’s not there they don’t have . They don’t even check in the back to make sure they don’t have it the ladies in the register they are gossiping between them instead of being doing what they are supposed to do I have ask for the same items for couple weeks and they still don’t have forcing me to go to sedano’s across the street when you address the issue with the managers they pretend they listen but they don’t one time the guy told me that he was gonna send the associate home because he was rude to my wife and he didn’t I wasn’t even expecting him to do that I just wanted him to find the things I was looking for worst publix in Miami

Nice and clean like most Publix ..

At first I liked the idea of going to a Publix nearby my job but then I decided to keep on going to this one at least once a week because is also very nice, clean, and organized in a way that I can remember where to go. Of course like always their customer service is great. The bakery's product smells and taste wonderful.See you time Publix!

The deli department in this store is absolutely terrible. I am a very busy person, my time is very limited and twice I have placed orders online and both times the order hasn't been ready. Both times I ordered and drove there to get a sandwich but have left empty handed. This last time I put a complain with the manager on duty and his excuse was that the deli department is short staffed. If this is the case, this store should cease accepting online orders and stop wasting people's times. I gave this Publix store a try because is very close to my office, but after this, I will never step foot inside this place ever again.

Publix is publix and its one of the best grocery stores in the country. But when I order a sandwich online over and hour and a half earlier than the scheduled pick up time. And they only start the sand which when I get here and ask them about it is a little pushing it for me. The pretty much is no guarantee that ordering online will help you get your food faster. Its a bit more frustrating when you're very hungry.

Waited 15mins in the sub line 2 workers one in the hot case one in the slice meat section. Ignored completely by both of them while they attended other customers who have come later to the line on both sides avoiding eye contact with me. The moment I speak up about it the lady starts complaining about how it is not her fault she went to the hot case to serve customers when no one was on the sub line before I got there...

I just have to commend manager Doug, today during a torrential downpour I witnessed him walking guests to their car with multiple umbrellas. This effort is incredible and much needed in South Florida, he just earned my repeat business over other Publix in the area. Way to go!

I never write any reviews, but I highly wanted to point out how great the customer service is. The manager, Doug, truly makes the experience better, faster and overall worth it. Not only does he direct you to the item you’re looking for with extensive detail but he also does it with a smile like he actually loves his job.He went around asking every other customer if they needed help in any way in both English and Spanish and wished us a great weekend when we declined his help. This is why I always choose Publix over other places that are “less” expensive, I’m paying for customer service and a great experience.
